Warranty, Returns & Cancellations

Cancelling your order:

If your order value is £42 or less we are unable to cancel your order once it’s been marked as shipped.

If your order value is £43 or more you have up to 14 days to cancel your order. Once your order has been marked as dispatched you will be responsible for returning the items and any and all packaging and delivery costs incurred must be paid by you. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received; please do not dispose of any packaging materials until you are sure you are happy to keep your order. Extra packaging will not be sent out from ourselves to assist in your return. If you dispose of the packaging and still want to return the item, your own packaging materials must be used. (Please note it is not possible to return orders of live or frozen products.)

Warranty and Returns:

Most items sold by Hobby Home come with a 6-12 month supplier guarantee and we will repair or replace, without charge, any product which is defective in workmanship or materials for the period of the suppliers warranty, from the date of purchase by the original consumer. The cost of packing and posting the returned item back to us here at Hobby Home is the responsibility of the consumer. To protect against loss or damage in transit, your return should be carefully packaged and adequately insured. Please retain all shipping receipts. (Please note it is not possible to return orders of live or frozen products and these are not covered by any warranty)
