Mimiks Bread Flake is an Imitation of the Fluffy Centre from a Loaf of Bread. There are 2 varieties Sinking and Floating. Both types are made from a Soft Material that is easy to hook.
To use just Tear Off the Required Size of Flake to match your Hook Size and hook making sure Not to Mask the hook point.
The Sinking variety will need to be 'dunked' into the water to remove any trapped air from within the Bread Flakes Structure. Once this has been done the Bread Flake will fall slowly in the water and be irresistable to fish swimming past.
If you wish to flavour the Mimiks Bread Flake just leave to soak in a Dip / Flavour, the Flavour will penetrate the Mimiks Bread Flake and be released when fished.
Mixers:
Mimiks Mixers are imitation Dog Mixer Biscuits made from a Super Soft Floating material. They are easy to Hook or Hair Rig and when used with a size 8 or 10 hook sit in the water at just the right level just like the free offerings around them.
If you wish to flavour the Mimiks Mixers just leave them to soak in a dip / flavour and the flavour will penetrate the material and release when fished.
Maggots:
Mimiks Maggots are probably the most lifelike imitation maggots available. Made from a Super Soft Material that is close to the density of Real Maggots the Mimiks Maggots fall gradually in the water when hooked by a small size 18 hook.
As the Mimiks Maggots are made from a Super Soft material they can be used in many ways. The most common is to just lightly hook the maggot on a small hook. Other uses include threading several onto a Hair Rig, used on a Korda or Fox Maggot Clip and threaded onto the shank of a hook to make a 'Mag Aligner' presentation.
If you wish to flavour the Mimiks Maggots just leave to soak in a Dip / Flavour, the Flavour will penetarte the Mimiks Maggots and be released when fished.
