Returns Policy

Faulty Products must be returned within 7 days and we will replace ASAP.

Returns carriage cost is the responsibility of the buyer. HobbyHome will repair or replace any purchased "new" products, which are defective in worksman or materials, within one year from the date of the purchase by the consumer.

This warranty in no way affects your statutory legal rights. The warranty extends only to the original (consumer) owner and does not cover second hand goods. Please retain your sales slip as proof of purchase date in the event that the warranty work is necessary.

All items purchased should be checked on arrival to make sure they are in good working order. Any problems should be notified to HobbyHome within 5 working days of delivery. On no account throw away packaging materials if items purchased need to be returned as extra packaging cannot be sent out. The above is a back to base warranty.

Please enclose proof of purchase and a statement of warranty claim with a description of the item you are sending back, the nature of this problem and return address.

To protect against loss or damage in transit, items should be carefully packaged and adequately insured. Please retain all postage receipts.

HobbyHome can collect pre packaged and addressed parcels for a small charge. Unauthorised returns will be subject to a 15% surcharge for re-warehousing.
